Yes, that's the idea. AM with breakfast, NOX about an hour before bed. Together they stay well inside the daily upper limits for every ingredient.

Magnesium can interact with some antibiotics and osteoporosis drugs. If you take anything regularly, ask your pharmacist first. We'd rather lose a sale.

Not the way a sleeping pill does. It helps you settle. It won't stop you waking up if the baby cries or the alarm goes.

What we claim, and what we don't.

This is one of the health claims the European Commission authorises for magnesium, for products that provide at least 15% of the reference intake per serving. Both sticks clear that bar.

Also authorised. It's why we split it across the day: the body doesn't store magnesium for long, and a steady intake beats one big dose.

The AM stick carries 200 mg, about 10% of the reference intake. Most of your potassium should still come from food, and bananas are cheaper than we are.

80 mg is 100% of the reference intake. Yuzu Ginger swaps it for 5 mg of zinc, which carries its own authorised claims.

Small human studies are encouraging, but there is no authorised claim, so we don't make one. We include 1 g because it is gentle and it carries the magnesium.

Tart cherry is in NOX for its flavour. The research on it is early and mixed, and we would rather tell you that than print it on the box.
